A big donation of poppies from Ella & Ali

Our Hockley Remembers Project has been boosted by another 1000 knitted poppies kindly donated by KECC Knit & Natter at Laindon. We can't wait see the Village decorated during November for Remembrance.

What a welcome visit from Ella Rayment from Peabody and Ali Massey from United in Kind today with another 1000 knitted poppies for our #Hockley Remembers display. The poppies have been created by KECC Knit & Natter group in Laindon. The display is going to look fantastic this year and we really appreciate all the generous poppy donations which continue to be dropped into the office, keep them coming! Thanks everyone. #lestweforget2022
