Aproveite sua nova casa Miguel, it's been a pleasure!

We love completion days at Amos Estates where excited new homeowners like Miguel collect the keys to their new homes from our friendly staff, our customer service doesn't end at that point though, once you are an Amos Estates client, you are a client and friend for life.

Customer service at Amos Estates doesn't end the day the transaction with us completes, our staff are encouraged to go that extra mile and continue to serve the client long after completion of the purchase or letting of the property. We are on hand for updated valuation advice, remortgages, buildings insurance, probate valuations, matrimonial cases etc.

We regularly welcome clients back to our offices for a coffee and a chat years after we carried out business with them. New clients become old friends very quickly at Amos, why not pop in and meet us yourself.

This Christmas, Amos Estates in Spa Road are joining forces with Kinder Essex to support two heartfelt community projects. Together, we’re helping bring comfort, connection and kindness to those who may feel lonely or isolated during the festive season.

If you’re planning to buy a home soon, you might assume the best place to start is on the property portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket. But the truth is, the savviest buyers are seeing homes long before they ever appear online. Here’s why registering with an agent puts you one step ahead.

As the Christmas holidays approach, we’re delighted to share a little cheer from our local community. Amos Estates have teamed up with the amazing teachers at Westwood Primary School to surprise pupils with a sweet chocolate treat to celebrate the end of term and spread some festive joy.

Living next to the woods, we expected to feel closer to nature, but we didn’t expect to make friends with it. We thought we would spend our mornings listening to the birds and admiring the trees. Instead, we find ourselves checking that Freda the fox, our uninvited but much-loved garden guest has returned safely from her nightly wandering!
