Come and see us at our Spa Road, Hockley office today (Saturday 18th December) for some Christmas fun for the whole family.

We are doing our best to cheer Hockley up this morning with free hand painting ✋ 🎨, the Letters to Santa 🎅🏽💌📮 box, Mince Pies 🥧, Free Christmas Bells 🔔 for the kids and our staff dressed in an assortment of dubious outfits 😂 We also have our friends from Little Heroes ASD Support using the community . If you are in the Village, come and say hello!

Thundersley Village has once again been transformed by a breathtaking display of community spirit and creativity. This week, Colin MacLean from Amos Estates unveiled an incredible installation of over 5,000 knitted poppies, now proudly adorning the railings outside the shops on Hart Road.

As the Autumn Budget approaches, the property market does something strangely predictable: it takes a collective sip of tea, raises an eyebrow, and decides to wait and see what happens next. Buyers who were enthusiastic a week ago suddenly hover in “nearly ready” mode, as if the Chancellor himself might pop up and personally adjust their mortgages.

If you’re planning to buy a home soon, you might assume the best place to start is on the property portals, Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket. But the truth is, the savviest buyers are seeing homes long before they ever appear online. Here’s why registering with an agent puts you one step ahead.

Small Business Saturday brought lively energy to Spa Road as we invited local entrepreneurs to use our community stalls. Teen innovator Luca from Imagein3D and Kay from Crafting with Kay joined us to showcase their talents, support local shopping, and celebrate community spirit this year.
