Not Mel Gibson 'Freedom' but it is nonetheless Freedom Day!

Our business rose to the challenge of the Covid restrictions, keeping our staff and clients safe by investing in PPE and implementing procedures to control the virus the best we could. Some of the changes will remain in place even now that step 4 has been reached and 'freedom' returns.

I dispensed the urge to purchase a tartan kilt, paint my face in the flag of St Andrew and go all Mel Gibson shouting 'Freedom' as I bounded up the steps to the office this morning, but freedom is what we have today. Suddenly somebody has pressed the play button on the Nations remote control and Pre-Covid life returns.

What does it mean for our firm? Well, the desk screens are down, the frenzied exercise to find and apply a face mask every time the door opens is gone and explaining to clients why Amos Estates are simply the best agent in Town is a whole lot easier without a square of fabric covering half of your face!

That said, many are not yet double vaccinated and not everyone is comfortable with this return to 'normality' so we remain mindful of others. Unlike a lot of the Covid rules we want to keep it simple, so our staff will always have a face mask with us, if you are wearing one when you come to the office or when we arrive at your home then we will happily join you and wear ours.

We all know that the virus is still here and the news does not get any better with infection rates soaring but enjoy the freedom and please do keep safe and look after those around you.
