Turning Blue for Dementia Action Week

Turning Blue for Dementia Action Week

We have joined forces with the United in Kind volunteers this week by decorating both our #hadleigh and #hockley shop windows in a blue theme and collecting from clients to support local dementia groups.

If you are passing either of the two Amos Estates offices at #hadleigh or #hockley this week please pop in and collect a knitted keyring or badge and donate your spare change to two local #dementiaawareness projects. Thank you to Corrina and Anna at United in Kind for getting us involved in this project.

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

April is the final window for landlords in England to prepare for the first phase of the Renters’ Rights Act. With the new tenancy regime starting on 1 May 2026, now is the time to review paperwork, processes and whether self-management still feels realistic.

As we move through May 2026, buyers are seeing more homes come to market, but affordability still matters. Here is what today’s mix of greater choice, steady demand and higher mortgage costs means if you are planning a move.

At Amos Estates, we know that once an offer is accepted, the real work begins. Our expert sales progressors, Chelsea & Izzie carefully manage every step through to completion, ensuring buyers and sellers stay informed, supported, and on track for a smooth, stress-free move.
