Wind, what wind!!

Wind, what wind!!

Wearing more clothes than a Primark store our valiant Director, Darren braved the chill wind of Storm Arwen to help deliver a fantastic, if slightly soggy Hadleigh Christmas Lights Festival for our community.

The Hadleigh Community Group displayed some true British grit by battling the awful weather conditions on Saturday afternoon and evening to deliver a spectacular Christmas Lights switch on and Christmas Market for our community.

Darren and our Lettings Director, Tom are both active members of the voluntary group which organised the event and funded the lights. Our firm are proud sponsors of the raffle and help towards the cost of producing the programme.

Thank you to our clients and friends who joined us in celebrating the start of Christmas on Saturday.

Recent market data from the Rightmove property portal has revealed February as the strongest month of the year to list a property, outperforming even the traditional spring peak. Here’s what that means for homeowners and why now could be an ideal time to sell.

Rental demand remains resilient in early 2026, but growth has moderated. For landlords, spring is less about reacting and more about refining strategy.

With mortgage rates steadier and spring listings emerging, March 2026 offers buyers a balanced window before peak competition intensifies.

More households are reassessing space in early 2026. If your home feels tighter than it once did, this spring may offer the right conditions to move up.
