Colin adds fond memories to the Thundersley Village Christmas Tree

One of our Directors, Colin MacLean established a community project three years ago which sees hundreds of wooden plaques added to the Castle Point Borough Council Christmas Tree each December allowing families the opportunity to spend a few moments remembering friends and families who have sadly passed away.

The Thundersley Village Christmas tree was adorned with hundreds of wooden plaques this Christmas all sharing a memory, message or local name with the wider community. Thank you to everyone who took part in the project, it is an honour to put those names on display each year. They will soon be taken down, dried, re-varnished and ready for return in 2024.
